Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (shipping to Canada) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to change the address after the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Claytalehome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
