Order Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, remote areas or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the United States. We do not ship to Canada or other international destinations at this time. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to change the address after the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Claytalehome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
